Greg Bevan-Jones
After a varied career as a senior merchant navy officer, journalist
and BBC researcher, Greg gained experience in a number of commercial
and training roles within several blue chip companies. He has worked
as an external training consultant, for over a decade delivering innovative
courses to a variety of multi-national organisations.
In 2000, Greg decided to combine his background in entertainment and
training to create a company with a difference, Moorsense. His light-hearted
approach motivates people to learn in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
He is passionate about personal development, teambuilding and leadership.
Greg is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development,
holds a Certificate in Training Practice and is an accredited Belbin
Trainer. He is a Practitioner, Business Practitioner, Master Practitioner
and Trainer of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and is a fully trained
facilitator.
Lyn Bevan-Jones
Lyn
is a director of Moorsense and brings to the team over twenty years of
experience in both customer service and business solutions. A senior
consultant with Thomas Cook and Thomson, she was responsible for the
business travel arrangements for managers and directors of many blue
chip companies.
As Company Secretary and Training Co-ordinator, Lyn brings her administrative
expertise to Moorsense. Her professionalism ensures that whether you
book a team building event, or training course, that you are safe in
the knowledge that suitable venues will be found, trainers briefed, and
that all arrangements are confirmed. In fact, Lyn is responsible for
the smooth running of our entire company, and most importantly, your
training event.
Kevin Farrow
Flexibility
is one of Kevin’s strengths along with a ‘can do’ approach
brought about by 12 years experience of running management development
events at locations ranging from the Shetland Islands to Cyprus. He’s
a management developer / facilitator / consultant with broad experience
covering most facets of management practice.
Kevin strongly believes in developing people to achieve their full
potential, sees training as a vocation rather than a job and would
continue to train people as a hobby even in the unlikely event that
he should win the National Lottery.
A background in aeronautical engineering, accounts and human resource
development enables Kevin to quickly build rapport with the wide variety
of groups he trains.
A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development,
Kevin is also IOSSH qualified and a Quality Auditor.
Will Lakeman
After a successful career in account management and several years heading
up training and development within the pharmaceutical industry, Will
moved into business consultancy.
Equally at home leading challenging and stimulating workshops or managing
large strategic projects, Will has built up a range of excellent partnerships
with a wide variety of the group's blue chip clients.
Relaxed and engaging in style, his most frequently requested programmes
include coaching, selling, presenting and communication skills. Will
is a certified NLP Master Practitioner.
Ralph Nelson-Tucker
Ralph
is dedicated to improving personal performance in a corporate environment.
A training and development professional, with employed experience in
large and small companies and self-employed experience with major organisations
and SMEs. He is commercially focused, a communicator, motivator, leader
and developer of people.
His key skills lie in presenting, sales, sales management, coaching,
training and development. He is a certified NLP Master Practitioner,
is IT literate and fluent in French.
Whether presenting, selling, leading, coaching, or working on the telephone
or with groups, Ralph brings a wealth of experience, skill and knowledge,
focussed on improving a wide range of communication skills for greater
interpersonal effectiveness. His success comes from a blend of classical,
robust training processes combined with powerful new accelerated learning
technologies.
Sharon Newey
Sharon is passionate about working with people and assisting them to
realise their true potential in the corporate arena. She believes that
by working at a belief and values level, she is able to accelerate the
shifts clients experience and achieves consistent behavioural change
as a result. Sharon is a firm believer that people learn even faster
when they are having fun. She designs and delivers highly interactive
fun based workshops that deliver clients results.
Sharon is a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of NLP, an Associate
Member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), an Associate
of the Robert Dilts Global Training Consultancy, a Member of Chartered
Institute of Sales and Marketing Management and a Member of the Institute
of Directors.….and has a great
time doing it.
With over 16 years of success in sales, training and management in the
pharmaceutical industry, Sharon brings a wealth of experience and expertise
to your business. She specialises in: Performance Coaching; Training
Leaders to coach; Performance Persuasion and Influencing; plus individual
and group selling skills.

Guy Pinfold
Passion,
energy and encouragement underlies Guy's ability to effect lasting practical
change to individuals and organisations alike. Guy specialises in group
and individual sales and communication, performance coaching and presentation
excellence, delivering versatility and effectiveness to all levels.
Guy has worked in regional and national accounts and sales management
within the world's largest FMCG brand. Guy is also an accredited trainer
to the Institute of Training and was the sales training manager of an
international blue chip pharmaceutical company.
Graham Smith
Graham spent many years as a session musician supporting such artists
as Eric Clapton, Al Stewart and Cat Stevens He ran a successful business
in LA, and starred in his own TV show in the UK. As a Master Practitioner
of NLP he has lectured at Birbeck College, University of London and Eastman
Institute, UCL.
He specialises in facilitating change, communication and influence, dealing
with performance blocks. His relaxed and engaging style ensures that
learning is fun and effective.
Helen Smith
Helen’s specialty is business development and training, working
in an international and local environment. Since many of the skills required
in an international setting are transferable, Helen is able to assist
across a wide range of clients.
Helen worked within Communications as New Business Director, and was
responsible for developing and identifying business opportunities across
the company’s portfolio. She specialises in strategic communication.
Helen holds a B.Sc, MBA is an accredited Coach and NLP Practitioner.
Helen often speaks on a variety of topics as well as presenting workshops
for a variety of businesses – assisting each to achieve their full
potential.
