In order for a group to set a vision for the distant future, it is necessary for them to think about what could possibly happen in that period that could influence the change. Once the group has identified potential opportunities and pitfalls then it enables future planning to be as accurate as possible. At the end of this NLP training session the group will have identified potential positive and negative influences that could have an effect on their future business plans. Having identified these issues, the group can then plan to overcome or act upon these potential influences.
